Our room was spacious and the bedding was supremely comfortable. However, noise from a wedding on the pool deck disrupted our peaceful stay one night, and I wish the staff had informed us beforehand. The concierge was friendly but sometimes unsure of local taxi services. Small issues, but they added up and made me question the service level for a luxury hotel. Overall, we had a memorable time but a few hiccups kept it from being perfect.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. the breakfast in the restaurant offered a fantastic variety of delicious options while the views of the Bosphorus were truly breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, being just a 10-minute car ride from the tram station.
